Andrew's Change of Command Ceremony

We flew to Alaska to attend Andrew's change of command ceremony.

We got a tour of his office. He had already cleaned everything out as his job there ends after the ceremony.

The ceremony is posted on YouTube (search randstolee change). It was an impressive ceremony. His commander told us privately that in all of the 11th Air Force, Andrew is the #1 Lt Colonel (out of 300).

Kendra and the kids had to go back to school so we took Andrew out to a fancy lunch.

Weston had a track meet so we went to watch. He is a very social animal but does race when it is his turn.

He ran the mile and was the third leg of the 4x100.

Meanwhile, Becky was with Sloane at her Girl Scout meeting.

Sloane earned quite a few badges.

Getting an award from her leader.

We played a few games of Kids Against Maturity. It's the not-quite-kid-appropriate version of Cards against Humanity. They had a hilarious time. We were there for less than 33 hours but it was worth it.
